How it works

Select & book an event

Choose your event, the tickets you want and the category. Fill in the order form and select your payment method.

For bank transfer: send payment

For bank transfer you receive the account details right after ordering. Once your payment has arrived (1–2 business days), the ticket is released.

Confirmation by email

Right after successful payment you receive a booking confirmation to your email address – with all the details of your order.

Ticket as PDF & QR code

Your ticket is instantly available as a PDF download in your customer profile and can also be downloaded directly from the confirmation email. Every ticket contains a unique QR code.

Easy entry at the venue

At the entrance your QR code is scanned – done. You can show the ticket on your smartphone or bring it printed out. Both options are accepted.

Every QR code is unique and is checked server-side at entry. Copies or forgeries are detected automatically.

Your tickets are available anytime in your customer profile – even if the email has been deleted.
